Know which client devices to replace, before the QBR.

An agent measures what every device is actually doing. A rules engine turns it into a 0–100 condition score (every point traceable to a named rule) and a four-category diagnosis says whether the culprit is hardware, software, network or just the workload. Then Lilo writes the budget and the client report for you.

The diagnosis engine

Four suspects. One verdict, with its reasons.

Before Lilo ever says “replace”, it rules out the other three explanations. Click a category for worked examples in the shape Lilo uses everywhere: named rule, threshold, verdict.

Hardware

Storage wear, uncorrected errors, battery capacity and cycles, power-on hours, thermal throttling.

Is a physical component actually degrading?
Software

Per-application crash counts, patch age, OS support status.

Is one application, not the device, the problem?
Network

Wi-Fi signal quality, connection stability, clock skew.

Is a network issue being misread as a device issue?
Usage

Concurrent workload measured against the machine's actual specification.

Is the device fine and the workload unreasonable?

Healthy

Leave it alone, and prove it in the client report.

Two things Lilo deliberately does not do: predict failures with invented confidence percentages, and score devices it can't see. A score you can't justify will eventually be wrong in front of a client. New to the idea? Start with what a device health score is.

Built for a fifteen-minute start

New tenant to scored fleet: the onboarding target.

01 · ENROLL

Install the agent

One small background app on Windows, macOS and Linux, with nothing extra to install. Updates are signed and roll out gradually, and we can pause a bad one instantly, so an update can never hit a whole fleet at once.

02 · SCORE

Telemetry becomes a verdict

A fixed, published set of signals flows in; the deterministic rules engine turns them into a 0–100 score and a four-category diagnosis. Works with nothing else connected: no RMM, no PSA, no spreadsheet glue.

03 · DECIDE

Budget out, report out

Refresh budgets by quarter, warranty exposure, repair-vs-replace math per device (a $65 RAM module against a $1,400 laptop), and a white-label Client Business Review as a PDF or a live link, scheduled or on demand. Alerting by email, groups and webhooks from day one.

Security & data

Installing an agent is a big ask. Here's exactly what it does.

What the agent reads

A fixed, published signal set: storage wear and errors, battery, thermals, performance, app crash counts, patch age, Wi-Fi quality, workload. Never file contents, keystrokes, browsing or screens.

How updates ship

Updates are signed and checked before they install, and roll out gradually — a small group first, then wider — with an automatic hold and an instant pause if anything looks off. An update only ever reaches your whole fleet after it's proven safe on a small group first.

Your data stays yours

Every customer’s data is fully separated from every other, encrypted on the way in and while it’s stored, with security monitoring around the clock. Nobody at AngiLabs can see inside your workspace unless you grant access for a set time, and every such action is logged for you to see. Export or delete your data whenever you choose.

Compliance posture, stated as it is: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and POPIA programs are part of the build, and SOC 2 observation is on the roadmap: the privacy policy says what we do today.

Pricing

One base. Add what you need.

Founding testers pay nothing during early access. The prices below are indicative early-access prices — not final, and early-access accounts keep 50% off all of it for their first year. The base carries the whole core promise. Add-ons are published prices you toggle on when a client needs them, and off when they don't. Month-to-month always; cancel in-app; export any time.

Lilo Base

$1.50 per device / month Available now

Always included: health scores with every point traced to a named rule, root-cause diagnosis (hardware / software / network / workload), lifecycle register, warranty tracking, refresh budgets, fleet & device dashboards, standard reports, alerting, and every RMM/PSA integration.

Never sold separately: integrations, dashboards, alerting, security, support. Those aren't add-ons anywhere we exist.

Free forever: 5 devices, no card. MSPs also run their first client free — up to 25 devices.

$Shown in USD, and indicative. Lilo isn’t on sale yet and these prices aren’t final — nothing here is a charge or an offer to sell. We’ll show final prices, including any tax, before you’re ever asked to pay.

🌎Local pricing is on the way. We’re building per-country pricing in more currencies for every market, so the amount you actually pay, in your currency, reflects where you are — wherever that is. We’d rather ship it right than promise a date.

Pick any three add-ons and 15% comes off all of them — automatically.

$375 / month
$1.50 effective per device per month

The $39 minimum only applies while your usage is below it. Then it disappears. Device counts true up monthly, down as well as up.

The $39 monthly minimum

Every workspace gets its own isolated database, encrypted backups, report rendering and sync infrastructure. That floor exists whether you monitor 10 devices or 500.

You pay whichever is higher — $39 or your usage, so once you’re past roughly thirty devices the minimum disappears from your bill. No per-tenant fees, no renewal surprises, no high-watermark billing, and unit prices are locked for 12 months from signup; any change is announced 90 days ahead. The free tier has no minimum.

Build status: the base runs today on your RMM's data. Add-ons that need the Lilo agent (Deep Device Readings, the Assistant) are sold as design-partner early access until the agent ships: the build log shows exactly where things stand.

That number locks in now.

Early-access design partners run Lilo free during the beta, then keep 50% off their first year and 20% for life — and the 5-device free tier is permanent. The program is limited to 50 organizations. The cards above are the whole price list.

Questions

The short answers.

Which operating systems does the agent support?
Windows, macOS and Linux. It installs as one small background app, with nothing extra to set up. Updates are signed and rolled out gradually, and we can pause a bad one instantly before it reaches your fleet.
Does Lilo predict failures?
No, deliberately. A meaningful share of drive failures give no prior warning at all, so a "92% failure confidence" badge would be a guess dressed up as data. Lilo reports a condition band and the named rules behind it — evidence your client can check.
Do I need an RMM or PSA?
No. A tenant with nothing connected gets scoring, diagnosis, alerting, reports, warranty tracking and exports. Integrations add read sync and ticket write-back on top — Lilo sits one layer above your stack, it doesn't replace it.
How does billing work?
Per device, billed monthly. Month-to-month at list price — cancel in-app. Annual prepaid gets 2 months free. Volume discounts land automatically at 1,000+, 2,500+ and 5,000+ devices, and the $39 minimum applies only while your usage is below it.
How is this different from age-and-warranty lifecycle tools?
Most lifecycle tools rank devices by age, warranty status and RMM inventory data, so a four-year-old laptop scores badly even if it's fine. Lilo's agent measures what the device is actually doing and diagnoses hardware vs software vs network vs usage before recommending anything. It also works with no RMM connected at all.
Why not just use my RMM's reports?
RMM dashboards are built for technicians. Lilo's output is built for the person paying: a scored fleet, a diagnosis, and a white-label review a client can sign budget against. The two work together — Lilo reads from and writes back into your RMM.
What data does the agent collect, and what does it never touch?
It collects a fixed, published set of signals: storage wear and error counters, battery capacity and cycles, thermals, boot and performance metrics, per-application crash counts, patch age, Wi-Fi quality and workload pressure. It never reads file contents, keystrokes, browsing, or screens. Everything it sends is encrypted, and each customer’s data is kept fully separate. (In build now, verified before launch.)
Can I leave cleanly?
Yes. The agent uninstalls silently fleet-wide, exports cover your scores, lifecycle register and reports, and tenant data is deleted on request — offboarding is a designed workflow, not an afterthought.
When can I get access?
Lilo is in early access, opening with a small group of design partners first. Request access with your fleet size, a reply comes within one business day, and the walkthrough runs on your own numbers.

Be a design partner. Shape the product.

Early access opens with a small group of MSPs and IT teams. Founding-tester terms — free beta, 50% off year one — are confirmed in writing, and your feedback becomes the roadmap.
