AngiLabs is a product studio with one thesis: MSPs, agencies and IT teams do the hardest work in their clients' businesses, and almost none of it can be seen. We build the software that proves it: scores, plans and reports a client can hold. It starts with every device they run, and grows to cover the cloud services and environments they depend on.

How we build.

Deterministic, not magic. A score you can argue with is worth ten predictions you have to trust. Lilo's 0–100 score is computed from telemetry, and every number traces back to its evidence.

White-label by default. Our customers answer to their clients. The credit belongs to them, so the software carries their brand, up to full OEM, where even the platform name disappears.

Nothing behind a sales call. Prices and build status are published on this site. If a product is early, the page says so.

AI that recommends, humans who decide. Lilo's AI drafts the recommendation and attaches the evidence. Nothing acts autonomously on your fleet.

Who's behind it

Founded by Lionel Marais.

Lionel grew up in Merweville, a one-street town in South Africa's Karoo, and has spent twenty years in IT: support desks, infrastructure, and the managed-service world, automating the unglamorous work that keeps businesses running. He has sat on both sides of the QBR table: asked to justify a refresh budget, and asked to approve one. Lilo is the tool he wanted in that room.

AngiLabs builds from South Africa for MSPs and IT teams everywhere, in the open: the build log and the pricing are all published. Company registration is in progress; the registered entity and number will be published here and in the beta agreement. Reach us at hello@angilabs.com.
