Terms of use.

The website

• Content on angilabs.com is provided for information. Product capabilities are described with their real build status (in build, designed, roadmap); nothing is represented as shipped unless it is.
• Published pricing is current intent and may change before general availability. One exception: the 5-device free tier, and any early-access terms we confirm to you by email, are commitments rather than intent — they will be honored at and after general availability.
• All content, design and marks on this site belong to AngiLabs. Don't republish it as your own.

Early access

• Early access is provided as-is, for evaluation, without uptime or fitness warranties. It is not a production commitment until a paid order says so.
• You keep ownership of your data. Export and deletion on request are supported workflows.
• Feedback you give us may shape the product; ideas you share about Lilo may be used without obligation. Your confidential business information stays confidential.
• Either side can end early-access participation by email, at any time, without penalty.
• Private-beta workspaces are additionally governed by the Lilo Beta Agreement, which spells out founding-tester benefits and data handling.

Your side of the deal

• You confirm you have the authority to connect the systems and devices you monitor with Lilo — including, if you are an MSP, that your agreements with your clients permit it.
• You use Lilo lawfully and keep your account credentials safe.
• If a claim against AngiLabs arises from your data, your use of Lilo, or your clients, you will stand between us and that claim and cover the costs. Our own indemnity obligations stay narrow: we defend you against claims that Lilo itself infringes someone's intellectual property.

What Lilo is, and is not

Scores, diagnoses and alerts are decision support built on published rules. A good score is not a guarantee a device will not fail, and a bad score is not a command to spend money. Decisions, and their outcomes, are yours.

LILO AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF SCORES OR PREDICTIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ANGILABS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

Suspension and ending access

• We may suspend a workspace that threatens the security of the platform, breaks these terms, or (once paid plans exist) has unpaid invoices — and we restore it as soon as the issue is resolved.
• You can stop using Lilo at any time and export your data before you go. The sections on liability, indemnity, governing law and anything by nature meant to survive, survive.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Keep using Lilo after that date and the new terms apply; if you do not agree, end your participation and take your data with you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngiLabs' liability arising from use of this website or early-access participation is limited to the amounts you have paid us (which, during free early access, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If we have a dispute, we first try to resolve it directly within 30 days; failing that, the courts of the Republic of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction.

Lilo is sold worldwide. If you use Lilo as a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be signed away — for example the EU, the UK, or under your own local consumer-protection law — nothing in these terms removes those rights; they apply to you in addition to everything here.
